Can I track my order?

Yes! After you place your order, you will receive a separate email containing tracking information so you can follow your delivery. If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, please contact us and we’ll help investigate.


You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate your return.


How long does delivery take?

For standard UK delivery:

  • Order cut-off: Orders placed before 15:00 are accepted the same day (Mon–Fri).
  • Processing time: 1–3 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays) after placing your order.
  • Shipping time: 4–6 working days after dispatch.
  • Total delivery time: 5–9 working days from confirmation of your order.

Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, peak seasons).


How can I register a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team:

Important: Returns require prior approval from our customer service team. You will receive a special code and return form that must be included in the package. If a package is returned without approval, code, and form, we cannot process your refund.

Items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, with tags still attached and in the original packaging.
